About
I took a look at the balance of my account and found that the linden dollar balance is now showing two decimal places. I'm beginning to wonder if the lab is about to introduce nano payments. It may have something to do with the XStreet charges that people have been griping about. The lindens are tacking on a minimum comission fee of 3 L$ per transaction at 1 L$ or above. If they start using decimals, it would be easier for them to claim lost fractions of L$. On an individual bases, this would seem worthless. When you total up the comission fees of everyones sales for a given day, it could potentially make up for hundeds or thousands of US$ depending on how much L$ is spent on products.
